During the aftermath of Hurricane Charley, an 8 year old boy named Zach Bonner is moved by the images of families who have lost everything. Zach and his sister walk his little red wagon around the neighborhood to collect donations of food and water for relief victims. His mother takes him to a shelter to show him the impact the donations make on displaced families.
