While traveling across the country looking for his father, a teenage boy, Nick, takes a job guarding the mysterious and beautiful Limberlost Forest. When Nick discovers that a friend is part of a gang stealing trees from the forest, his friend threatens to expose Nick’s own involvement in the crime. In the end, this City Boy must chose between his own safety and the lives of those he came to love.
