A young boy and his family adopt a cute dachshund who happens to have a remarkable racing pedigree. But only time will tell if little “Shelly” and her new family are up for the challenges of entering the nation’s greatest wiener dog race especially when a wealthy and unscrupulous competitor tried to rig the competition.
